Cured PU50 one-component polyurethane foam adhesive holds its bond across an extreme service range of -180°C to 220°C, covering cryogenic insulation panels through to hot-process woodworking and metal assembly. The foaming cure expands to fill gaps completely, so it bonds and seals uneven or porous substrates in a single pass. This span is far wider than standard PVA white glue or EVA hot-melt, making it suited to insulation panel assembly, construction bonding and metal-to-foam joints that see thermal cycling.

PU50 reaches surface dry in 5 to 20 minutes depending on temperature and humidity. Full cure is 2.5 to 5 hours under cold press and 20 to 30 minutes under hot press, so the same adhesive fits both manual cold-press lines and faster hot-press production. Solid content is 55 ± 5% and adjustable, and the foaming rate is held at no more than 100% for controlled gap filling.
