The two-component polyurethane system reaches a shear strength of 20 MPa, high enough for structural composite panels such as aluminum honeycomb, metal composite plates, ceramics and glass. Effective substance is 99% or higher and viscosity is above 25,000 cps, giving a thick, gap-bridging bond line that cures at room temperature. This makes it a structural-grade alternative to contact adhesives for panel lamination where peel and shear loads are high.

Yes. The main agent and hardener are supplied at 5:1, 4:1 or 3:1 mix ratios, customized to the substrate and line conditions. Open time is about 60 minutes at room temperature, giving operators time to spread, position and press large composite sheets before cure begins. We provide mix ratio, pot life and clamp-time data in the technical data sheet so you can match the grade to your press cycle.

The composite sheet glue is packed from 1 kg sample tins up to 5 kg, 25 kg, 30 kg, 50 kg, 200 kg and 1,000 kg bulk units, so you can trial a small batch before committing to production volume.
